Our Delivery service is only applicable for UK customers
Our Team will advise you of the dimensions for larger sized items, however, It is the customers responsibility to ensure the goods are suitable to fit into the allocated delivery address. Please make sure all measurements are correct and you have checked the items dimensions before proceeding with an Order.
All orders will be fully insured by ‘us’ ‘we’ ‘Coco Furniture’ and all delivery partnerships during fulfilment

Our optional assembly service can be selected during the checkout page

Assembly is carried out by our own Team/our Partnership courier services
Delivery time
Stock items will be dispatched within 1-3 days of placing your order.
Please check the product pages for a dedicated delivery time for each item
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (You will be contacted 1-3 days before delivery for a confirmation date and time).
We offer the option to hold orders free for up to a maximum of 60 days.
Pick up
You have the option to collect your order from our Essex warehouse for your convenience. Pick up times are available during Monday to Friday (working hours). Contact us ahead of time if you choose this option, so we can alert you when your item is ready for collection.
Returns
If you want to return, please inform us within 14 days of delivery.
